描述
DPT-20型压力变送器有本安型和隔爆型两种版本,且支持4 ... 20 mA、4 ... 20 mA HART®、FOUNDATION™ Fieldbus或PROFIBUS® PA输出信号,可满足相应系统的应用要求。该款变送器是根据SIL(安全完整性等级)IEC 61508要求开发的,可适用于有特殊安全要求的工况。
通用型
DPT-20型可满足各种工业测量需求,如使用压差元件测量流量、开放及密闭罐体内的液位测量或过滤器和泵的监测。安装隔膜后,DPT-20也适合用于严苛的工艺条件。该型号变送器的测量范围为-1 ... +1 kPa至-1.6 ... +1.6 MPa [-0.15 ... +0.15 psi 至 -240 ... +240 psi],静压限值高达40 MPa [5,800 psi],因此它可满足任何应用要求。此外,该型号变送器结合了内部数字信号处理和成熟的传感器,可确保高准确度和的长期稳定性。
有七种不同外壳可供选择,因此可以选择相应外壳以适合不同操作环境。外壳可以自由旋转 330°,主要有塑料、铝和不锈钢三种材质。
对于有高应用要求的食品行业和制药行业,还可提供电抛光的不锈钢 (316L) 外壳。
易于配置和操作
用户可通过带操作模块的显示器(可选)对仪表进行配置和维护,其中显示模块可以安装在四个不同位置。操作菜单结构合理,简单易懂并且具备多种可选语言。此外,用户还可使用免费的 PACTware™ 配置软件来设置运行参数。仪表专用的 DTM 可以将仪表轻松地集成到相应的过程控制系统中。
