棕刚玉简介

      棕刚玉，俗名又称金刚砂，是用矾土、碳素材料、铁屑三种原料在电炉中经过融化还原而制得的棕褐色人造刚玉，故为此名。棕刚玉主要化学成份是AL2O3，其含量在94.5-97，另含有少量的Fe，Si，Ti等。
    棕刚玉是以铝矾土、焦碳（无烟煤）为主要原料，在电弧炉内经高温冶炼而成，用它制成的磨具，适于磨削抗张较高的金属，如各种通用钢材、可锻铸铁、硬青铜等，也可制造高级耐火材料。棕刚玉具有纯度高，结晶好，流动性强，线膨胀系数低，耐腐蚀的特点。经数十家耐火生产企业实践验证，该产品在应用过程中具有不起爆、不粉化、不开裂的特点。尤其是其远高于传统棕刚玉的性价比，更使之成为棕刚玉质耐火材料的较佳骨料和填充料。
    棕刚玉主成分是氧化铝，分等级也就用铝含量来区分， 铝含量越低也就硬度越低了。
    产品粒度按国际标准以及各国标准生产，可按用户要求粒度进行加工。通用粒度号为F4F320，其化学成份视粒度大小而不同。突出的特点是晶体尺寸小耐冲击，因用自磨机 加工破碎，颗粒多为球状颗粒，表面干洁，易于结合剂结合。

棕刚玉特点

      棕刚玉具有纯度高，结晶好，流动性强，线膨胀系数低，耐腐蚀的特点。该产品在应用过程中具有不起爆、不粉化、不开裂的特点。尤其是其远高于传统刚玉的性价比，更使之成为棕刚玉质耐火材料的较佳骨料和填充料。 

      产品粒度按国际标准以及各国标准生产，可按用户要求粒度进行加工。通用粒度号为 P4FP320，其化学成份视粒度大小而不同。突出的特点是晶体尺寸小耐冲击，因用自磨机 加工破碎，颗粒多为球状颗粒，棕刚玉具有纯度高，质地致密，栈积密度大，自锐性强，韧性好，磁性物含量特低的特点，用其制成的磨具磨削锋利，发热率低，磨削比高，且使用时沾附少；制成的烧结磨具具有烧成后颜色深蓝、不起网状裂纹、无锈斑的特点，适用于制造陶瓷、树脂高固结磨具以及研磨、抛光等。 

      棕刚玉因其硬度高，韧性好，多用为磨削材料，是较基本的磨料之一。

棕刚玉用途
     棕刚玉称作工业的牙齿：主要用在耐火材料，砂轮，喷砂 。
      1、喷砂棕刚玉
喷砂磨料硬度适中，栈积密度高，无游离二氧化硅，比重大，韧性好,是理想的“环保”型喷砂材料，广泛应用于铝型材，铜型材玻璃，水洗牛仔服精密模具等领域；
      2、自由研磨
研磨级磨料，应用于显像管、光学玻璃、单晶硅、镜片、钟表用玻璃、水晶玻璃、玉器等领域的自由研磨，是国内普遍采用的高级研磨材料；
      3、树脂磨具
